What equipment do you repair?
We can repair any equipment in your office as long as the manufacturer is willing to work with us in offering tech support, and parts support. We work with many large manufacturers such as ADEC, Midmark, Dexis, Dentalez, Pelton & Crane, Nevin Labs and much more. Short list of equipment we work on includes Chairs, Compressors, Vacuums, Handpieces, Delivery Units, Xrays, Xray sensors, Amalgam Separators, and more. All types of dentist, and dental lab equipment.

What equipment do you Sell?
We can sell most of the equipment we work on but limited by manufacturers limitations. We have sales channels for chairs, compressors, vacuums, Cavitrons, Xray sensors, cabinets, delivery units, Lights, and much more. We offer great pricing on new and used equipment.
What’s your repair warranty?
We will return to your office and repair any issue caused by us (within 45 days) at no charge. Our goal is to be thorough as possible, infrequently we may overlook an issue.

Do you service dental equipment outside Winter Garden, Florida?
Yes, we often work outside the area, such as Orlando, Kissimmee, Clermont, Ocoee, Winter park, Altamonte Springs, and more. Our standard area is a 50 mile radius of Orlando, Florida. We will work anywhere within central Florida. Call us 608-358-6554

Do you charge, trip charges?
Reluctantly we must charge for services outside 20 miles of our location a fair minimal trip charge. This is to pay for costs associated with travel to our distant but important dentist offices. Trip charge is $1.50 per mile in excess of 20 miles from our office address. The first 20 miles has no trip charge. We feel our trip charge policy is the best in the area for our industry, If you do not agree please tell us.

What hours are you open for service?
Our normal hours are 9am to 5pm Mon. to Fri. We do also service outside these hours within reason, and dependent on availability.
